Refunds are processed once a refund request has been received by Doctor Sparsh Chikitsalayam. Please email our customer support team to start this process.

In case of prepaid order through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the source account within 3-5 working days.

In case of COD orders, we will ask you to share your bank account details with our customer care representative. Once they have received your bank details, we will process the refund to your bank account within 3-5 working days,

Exchanges & Refunds

Please read all the Course details, Terms of Use carefully before purchasing any of our courses. However, in case you're not satisfied with any of our educational courses, you can request for either a refund or an exchange.

Exchange request:

You can request for an exchange of the purchased educational course on the platform (“Doctor Sparsh Chikitsalayam”) with another course available on the platform after placing a request.  Please raise the exchange request within 10 days from availing the course online. This exchange request can be placed only once due to fair usage policies.

In case you are exchanging the availed course with another course with a higher price, you shall be liable to pay the differential price between the two courses.

In case you are exchanging the availed course with another course with a lower price, there shall be no refund on the differential amount.

Refund request:

We have a 10-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied by the educational course. However, refunds are accepted or rejected at the sole discretion of The Ayurveda Experience. The refund requests can be limited or denied in case we believe there is any refund abuse.
